As part of an audit and/or wealth engineering mission, the Firm's remuneration is based on fees set before the mission is carried out. Update and/or monitoring fees may be proposed.
In the context of an insurance brokerage, placement or financial investment transaction, remuneration may be based on entry fees, on the retrocession of commissions depending on the investment vehicles and on a fraction of the annual management fees.
